Privacy Policy

Muzsong is operated as an AI-powered music generation service available through a Telegram bot at https://t.me/muzsong_bot and the website muzsong.com. For privacy questions, contact support@muzsong.com.

Account data, from Telegram: your Telegram user ID, username, first name, language code, and whether you are a premium Telegram user. This is provided automatically by Telegram when you start the bot.

Generation data: the prompts, lyrics, genre, mood, and other inputs you submit; the generated songs and album art; and timestamps for each generation.

Payment data: Paddle, our payment processor, handles your card or payment-method details directly. We receive a transaction ID, the amount, and your country (for tax purposes), but never your full card number. Paddle additionally stores a customer ID we use to link future purchases to your account.

Operational data: logs of requests we make to AI providers and storage, with timestamps and cost figures, used for billing reconciliation and abuse prevention.

To deliver the service: generate the songs you request, send them back to you on Telegram, and keep your balance accurate.

To process payments: forward purchase intent to Paddle and credit your balance based on Paddle's confirmation webhooks.

To prevent abuse: detect prompt patterns that violate the Terms (illegal content, mass automation) and suspend accounts where needed.

To improve the service: aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics. We do not use your prompts or generated audio to train our own models.

AI providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Suno (via kie.ai), Stability AI, and Prodia process the text and audio of your requests in order to generate the song. Your Telegram identifiers are not shared with them.

Storage: generated audio and album art are stored on Backblaze B2 (S3-compatible object storage). Files are served via signed time-limited URLs.

Payments: Paddle.com Inc. (or its applicable EU affiliate) processes all payments as the Merchant of Record. See https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy for their privacy policy.

Messaging: Telegram receives the song file and accompanying message when we deliver your generated song. Telegram's privacy policy applies to anything you send through the bot.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

Our infrastructure and providers operate in the United States and the European Union. By using the service you agree that your data may be processed in either region.

Generated audio files are kept on B2 for 90 days, then deleted by an automatic cleanup job. Metadata (the existence of a generation, prompts, cost) is retained while your account is active.

Payment records are retained for at least 7 years to satisfy accounting and tax requirements.

Account deletion: email support@muzsong.com to request deletion. We will remove all generation metadata, cached audio, and Paddle customer linkage. Paddle may retain transaction records as required by their compliance obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland/California and similar), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit requests to support@muzsong.com from the email associated with your Telegram-linked account, or with a Telegram identifier that lets us locate the account.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

The service is not intended for users under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from such users; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

Material changes to this policy will be announced via the Telegram bot. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
