Refund Policy

Muzsong refunds work in two ways: automatic refunds when a generation fails on us, and support-handled refunds for unused tokens within a defined window.

1. Automatic refunds on generation failure

Each song you generate costs 12 tokens. If the generation fails for a technical reason — an upstream AI-provider error, a network failure, an internal timeout, or a delivery problem on Telegram — the 12 tokens are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact support for these cases.

You can verify the refund in your transaction history inside the bot (Profile → Transactions).

2. Refunds for unused tokens

You can request a refund for any unused tokens from a purchased pack within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing support@muzsong.com from a Telegram-linked email or with your Telegram user ID and the Paddle transaction ID.

We will refund the pro-rata portion of the pack price corresponding to unused tokens, less any payment-processor fee that Paddle does not return to us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days, refunds for unused tokens are at our discretion; we will look at requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. What is not refundable

Tokens already spent on successfully delivered songs are not refundable. A song is considered successfully delivered when the audio file is sent to you on Telegram, regardless of your subjective opinion of the artistic result. AI-generated output is inherently probabilistic, and we cannot refund based on creative dissatisfaction.

Token packs purchased more than 14 days ago and used in full are not refundable.

Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms (illegal content, mass automation, fraud) are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

4. Chargebacks

Please email support@muzsong.com before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer. We can almost always resolve the issue faster directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@muzsong.com with: (a) the email or Telegram user ID linked to your account, (b) the Paddle transaction ID from your purchase receipt, and (c) a brief description of why you are requesting the refund. We respond within 3 business days.
