Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-02
This Refund Policy explains when tokens may be returned to your Create Your Song balance, when monetary refunds may be requested, and how subscription cancellations are handled. Token returns are not cash refunds. Monetary refunds are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Operator and contact
Create Your Song is operated by Roman Bagaiev, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza). NIP: 8961648195. REGON: 540828577. Business address: [business address to be added].
For refund questions, contact support@muzsong.com.
2. Token returns for technical failures
Generating one song costs 12 tokens and produces two MP3 files together with cover artwork. A technical failure may include: (a) no song being generated; (b) one or both required MP3 files not being delivered; (c) delivered files being corrupted or inaccessible; or (d) tokens being charged even though generation did not complete because of a service or provider error.
A technical failure does not include dissatisfaction with the style, voice, lyrics, composition, quality, or other creative aspects of a generated result; an unsuitable or ineffective prompt; changing your mind; rejection of prohibited content; or expecting the service to imitate a particular artist or real person's voice.
Where a technical failure occurs, the tokens charged for the affected generation will be returned to your balance or another reasonable remedy will be provided. A token return may be processed automatically. If it is not processed automatically, contact support@muzsong.com.
If tokens are charged for another paid feature and that feature does not complete because of a technical error, the affected tokens may also be returned or another reasonable remedy may be provided.
Token returns do not automatically entitle the user to a monetary refund.
3. Refunds for unused one-time tokens
You may request a monetary refund for the unused portion of a one-time token pack within 14 days after the purchase date.
The refund amount will normally be calculated according to the unused proportion of the price actually paid for the pack. Tokens received for free or as a promotion have no cash value and are not refundable.
Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method after the purchase and remaining token balance have been verified. Payment-processing fees are not deducted from the refund amount.
Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable after that period has begun, except where a refund is required by law, where there has been a billing error or duplicate charge, or where a refund is approved on a case-by-case basis.
Partial use of subscription tokens does not create an automatic right to a full or partial monetary refund. Unused subscription tokens remain available for 30 days after cancellation but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. Users must submit a separate refund request where a monetary refund is sought.
5. What is not refundable
The following are generally not refundable: (a) tokens used for a successfully completed generation or another successfully provided paid feature; (b) a successfully generated song solely because the user dislikes its style, voice, lyrics, composition, quality, or other creative characteristics; (c) tokens used because of an unsuitable prompt, user error, or change of mind; (d) tokens charged for a request rejected because it violated the Terms of Service; (e) free or promotional tokens; or (f) subscription payments solely because some or all included tokens were not used.
A generation is considered successfully completed when the required generated files are delivered and accessible, even if the user does not like the creative result.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service are generally not eligible for discretionary refunds. This does not remove any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Paddle and statutory consumer rights
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases and processes monetary refunds. Purchases may also be governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Depending on the user's country, statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for digital content or digital services that are faulty, unavailable, or not provided as agreed may apply.
Where digital content or a digital service begins immediately after purchase with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement, the applicable right of withdrawal may be affected as permitted by law.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact support@muzsong.com before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible. This may allow the issue to be resolved more quickly.
Filing a chargeback does not remove any rights available through your bank or payment provider. We may temporarily restrict the relevant account while a payment dispute is investigated to prevent duplicate refunds, fraud, or further disputed transactions.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@muzsong.com and provide: (a) the email address used during Paddle checkout; (b) your Telegram user ID or username; (c) the Paddle receipt, order, or transaction details; (d) the purchase date; and (e) a brief explanation of the request.
We may request additional information to verify the purchase and account ownership. We aim to review requests within three business days, but complex cases, Paddle processing, payment disputes, or legal verification may require more time.
The time required for an approved refund to appear on the original payment method depends on Paddle, the payment method, the card issuer, and the user's bank.
9. Language
This Refund Policy may be provided in several languages. The English version is the controlling version. If there is a conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory legal requirements.
