Terms and Conditions

Muzsong generates song lyrics and audio from text prompts you provide. Generation is performed by third-party artificial-intelligence providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Suno, Stability AI, and others) under their respective terms of service. Output is delivered to you as an audio file (MP3) through the Telegram bot.

The service is available worldwide subject to local law. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will not deliberately remove access to songs you have already generated.

Your Muzsong account is tied to your Telegram user account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. We have no way to recover access if your Telegram account is compromised.

Generation is paid for using tokens. One song costs 12 tokens. Tokens are sold in packs through our payment processor, Paddle (Paddle.com Inc. or its affiliate, the "Merchant of Record"). Paddle handles the transaction, collects applicable taxes, and issues your receipt.

Token packs are non-transferable and have no cash value. Tokens do not expire while your account is active. New accounts receive 2 free trial songs.

All prices on the pricing page are in US Dollars and exclusive of taxes. The final amount charged, including any applicable VAT or sales tax, is shown at checkout.

You agree not to submit prompts that (a) instruct the service to produce content infringing a third party's intellectual-property or publicity rights; (b) describe or encourage illegal activity, violence, or sexual content involving minors; (c) impersonate a real person without their consent; or (d) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with refund handled per the Refund Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the third-party AI providers' terms, you own the songs you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. We claim no copyright over generated output.

Generated audio relies on machine-learning models that may produce similar output for similar prompts; we cannot guarantee uniqueness. You are responsible for any further publication, distribution, or commercial use of generated content.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Generation may occasionally fail due to upstream AI-provider errors, network issues, or content-moderation rejections.

When a generation fails for a technical reason on our side or on an upstream provider, the tokens charged for that song are automatically refunded to your account balance. See the Refund Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzsong is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms when the service changes or for legal reasons. Material changes will be announced through the Telegram bot. Continued use of the service after the announcement constitutes acceptance.
